I have over the years both Residentially and Commercially purchased leads from numerous companies and years ago when Internet Leads were just becoming prevalent, they were good and we supported our entire office with them. I have downloaded 11 leads. Of those 11, I have 3 mods that have closed and 1 set to close in the next 30 days or so. I have also made a contact with a gentlemen (CBRE Realtor) in NC who has referred me several deals. I expect to have agreements on two of those deals done soon. I have been very impressed with the service. When I first started to get the leads I made it a point to not rely on it as my sole source for new businessand had planned other marketing efforts. Fortunately, I haven't been able to do that as the leads are keeping me very busy. 

For those who are contemplating Commercialleads.net versus a competitor (like I did) I would say the leads are of the same quality that you would receive from a local realtor or other source. Sure, there will be some deals that will be a pipe dream however, if I could close 4 out of 11 so far then I think it's well worth the risk.

 Wow! I have been very pleased with your leads and services. Of the six leads I've downloaded so far I have closed two thanks to your help.Coming from residential I was super nervous about commercial modification but I must say it went exactly as you told me. I like the way my account was set up, and how the leads are exclusive, and how easy it is to get credited but most of all the training and support to actually get deals done.

I just wanted to give you some initial feedback regarding my first lead contact.  I spoke with Jim late yesterday afternoon regarding the
$880,000 loan maturing in nine months on one of their self storage projects.  The conversation went well and he and his partner are interested in an interest rate reduction and three year extention. 

Their lender was Lehman so we will be dealing with Lehman's successor and Jim tells me the loan is not  a CMBS loan.  I am sending him an email this morning with a list of documents and information required for any initial review. The primary principal  is traveling now to their other storage facilities and  Jim is doing the data gathering.  We should be able to get prelimnary docs from him next week.

He was well "setup" by you.
